Fruity: tropical fruits – passion fruit, mango, banana, melon, pineapple, apricot, current,caramel
Spicy: chili, pepper, parsley, hay
Citrus: lemon, lime, lemon grass, ginger
Floral: lily of the valley, geranium, menthol, melissa
Herbal: anise, thymian
The analytical values are typical for the variety at the time of harvest, but may vary according to crop year, growing region, grower and degree of ageing. *The alpha content is determined by means of spectrophotometric analyses.
